The product looks great and arrived as expected. I had an issue with my order initially, but I emailed customer service and not only did they respond the very next day, but they fixed my order within the week. I was very pleased with the communication and quick response in handling everything.

Not only were the products something I am excited to display but the quality is what stands out the most. I ordered this cover as a gift for my brother and ended up waiting over 13 days for it to be delivered. My tracking showed no movement, so I had no idea when to expect it. When I reached out to customer service, I was told it would ship “tomorrow” and that my tracking would update soon. After two weeks with no change, I contacted them again to escalate the issue. I was a bit frustrated since the gift missed my brother’s birthday, but the second time I reached out, customer service gave me an updated ETA and even processed a refund. Two days later, the package finally arrived. Even though it was late, I still gave it to my brother, and he loved it! I really appreciate the effort the SWAG team put in to resolve the issue and make things right.
