Definitely won’t be purchasing again. Terrible customer service. Have already highlighted my problems regarding about the registration of account and awarded points and I was told to wait for few weeks. Yet, points wasn’t being issue after more than a month and I was blamed for it.Terrible service.

Fast response and price is definitely more cheaper compare buying direct in the store .i loved the product have been consuming near to year .buying online is more convenient with free delivery service.

I think the innovation to combine beauty and tech is amazing! If you could combine a cooling technology into your trilight would be even better as some people has super sensitive skin. After using the trilight for 5 mins, the probe gets a little warm due to the continuous gliding of the probe on the face that causes friction and heat. The skin becomes slightly red on the cheeks for those with very sensitive skin. A cooling probe would actually calm the skin even more and would give better effects when used with the serums and deepsea mask.
