Purchased on 11.11 and got it the device is spoiled. And I check the website any exchange or return sent to support email on13nov but no responded. Until I dm on IG on 14nov they gave me another email livechat@skininc.jp Suppose, this gift was my anniversary but until now today 3dec my device still haven’t get the replacement. It been delay my product so long and this service is really bad.

Staff were not well informed about the tri light trade in program and there were discrepancies between what the support email staff said and those at the concept stores.

Prices are going up and i have been using Skin Inc for a couple of years now but it is getting a little pricey.

The website is very easy to navigate and the support and help is very useful. Especially the live chat service is super awesome.

Single charge only lasted me 2 usages. Should have a more lasting battery life. The material feels cheap as it is plastic. For this price range, I would expect a more substantial material like metal as it feels more solid and lasting. 1 common button for on/off and changing of lights, so I presume the buttons won’t be lasting as well due to frequent pressing of the buttons. Definitely not for this price range. Used only 2 days, yet to see any effects on skin.

We tend to try other brands of products hoping for a better bargain or there was a hype about it etc etc etc...
