The courier was typically annoying and didn't leave a missed delivery card, so I only found out weeks later when the parcel was returned to Ultrawinch. But they were great about it, sending it out again free of charge and making sure I had the tracking number to watch it like a hawk and the second time I was ready, so I received it without issue. They were really great to deal with and based on how they handled it when things went wrong I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Very strong hook, great qauality. It sits flush against the fairlead and doesn't rattle at all. Really easy to hook onto my large tree strap.

Whilst I’m sure the winch will work fine it could be easier to install with more instructions, videos, etc. Some suggestions on where and how to remote mount the control box would be handy. The battery lead needs to be 200mm longer to ensure it fits all vehicles. The clearance between the control box cables and the winch is tight if you’re mounting the control box on the winch. I ordered the longer battery cable and received one that was the same length as the one supplied with the winch. When I rang customer service they said they’d have to get back to me and I’m still waiting.
