These things lose connection with routers that have 5. 8Ghz and 2. 4Ghz networks combined. My router only has the ability to briefly disable the 5. 8Ghz network. Once the 5. 8Ghz network comes back online these disconnect periodically. I was able to connect them to another access point disabling the 5. 8Ghz band and they work fine.

Great customer service, even answered on weekend when I installed blinds and sunsa wand. Side mount did not work on my blinds, Sunsa sent me center mount adaptor with notch adaptor to better fit blinds. Works Great!
