Bought an item but didnt fit even in entered VIN. Returned item and didnt receive full refund. When asked if they cam help me out with shipping they sent me a promo code which only took off . 10! When asked if that was really all they were going to offer they said they'll refund shipping once order was processed. I just said forget it

The ordering process with VIN verification was a little cumbersome, but I eventually was able to get through it. For future reference, the dealership (Sunrise Ford Fontana) should probably not automatically cancel an order before talking to the customer.

Received parts not in factory original part boxes. Not sure if I received genuine Ford Factory parts.
