I love working with Sean in parts. He is the only person I work with. He’s always very helpful and goes out of his way to help. However I do not like that you use FedEx shipping and require signatures for deliveries. It’s very aggravating trying to schedule a drop off or having someone home to sign for a package when you could just have it delivered like normal without signing. I also had better experiences with you when you would ship with ups. I’ve had multiple packages damaged and parts lost since you’ve been using FedEx. I wish you would either use ups or at minimum stop requiring a signature unless the customer wants it.

paid the extra for expedited shipping and was shipped on Nov 5, I’m not expected to have it till Nov 12. Needed the part and got let down on shipping.
