None of the workers look and act like they want to help you. You just stand there until they eventually acknowledge you with an unfriendly tone and attitude. Resort to Amazon or online dealers that sell Fomoco parts instead.

This time I needed a replacement sun-visor. 2011 F-250 and after the years it lost its firmness and did not stay put when adjusted for glare. Bought an item but didnt fit even in entered VIN. Returned item and didnt receive full refund. When asked if they cam help me out with shipping they sent me a promo code which only took off . 10! When asked if that was really all they were going to offer they said they'll refund shipping once order was processed. I just said forget it
