I used Apple Pay to complete my purchase and was contacted the next day to say my payment had failed to process. The way the email was written felt almost like a phishing scam and I replied that the payment had in fact gone through and then I received and email saying my transaction was successfully processed and the order was shipped a day or two later.

Part arrived on time, easy to order and fast delivery.

Shipping is very slow, despite being in California. Communication with them is short and to the point, but not overly professional or friendly. Had issues with the part getting lost with FedEx too, which was some of the delay, but not the bulk of the delay in shipping. I did get the part eventually in perfect condition, which was a success and in the end cheaper than other places I looked.

TOOOOOO LONG - BAD PRICE

In the photo, you will see plastic covering the spring hole and guide slot. I would expect this kind of quality from Amazon, but not Ford.

The purchasing experience overall was great. Although the manifold listed on the website stated it is not compatible with 2006 - 2007, it worked perfectly and fit without any issues. The part delivered within days. It was excellent!!
