Ordered a pair that came with a little crack in lense they were great about replacing them.

I ordered my glasses and was charged twice once for 21.57 and another time for 21.90, I also called the number located on the website and called over 50 times 2 days in a row and finally someone called me back and said i was wrong and Zero UV did not take my money for 21.90$ when clearly they did because i have the bank statement to prove it for both charges and she said after 72 hours the charge would disappear and come off of my account it has been a week and it is still on my account and i still have yet to hear from an associate to fix the issue. my glasses are exactly what i ordered but i wont buy from here again.
