I got my glasses and unfortunately they were damaged in shipping. (NOT sunglass.la fault, I've had a couple packages show up ruined lately) but as soon as I sent an email with what happened and pictures, they almost immediately sent a new pair. These arrived perfectly fine and perfectly fabulous. I'm happy I found this site for new sunnies.
