You billed me a day early and I was in the process of cancelling my free trial. You ripped me off and owe me $65.

I love the documentaries and crime shows. Cheaper than other subscription services, not necessarily a replacement for other subscriptions, but definitely a good add on.

I have enjoyed having Sundance Now. Have watched some good quality stuff so far. Right now, I am only watching one... Would like to see more selection. More British shows. My only comment...

there doesn't seem to be anything easy when trying to stream on my Mac air. its difficult to see the description of show...sometimes it heads right into play and sometime when it plays I get an error message. this usually happens before it even begins to play but sometimes it happens a few minutes into the show. very aggravating. it would be nice to be able to hover the curser over the title to see details before having to fight to the right page.

Great viewing options. However, I have an exclusive promo offer that the system will not accept. Please advise.

I forgot to cancel after the free trial and was charged. Sundance Now processed my refund easily and professionally. When I have more time for streaming I'll definitely be back!

I like the channel... I just wish there was a way to turn the subtitles off!

My one-star review is not for Sundance's content, which is sometimes very good--viz "The Bureau," but for how terrible it is to navigate. No matter what I last watched, when I open it I get "The Bureau," which I completed over one year ago. In addition, your service fails to send the viewer to the correct episode or even the right season of whatever they are following. Setting closed captions? Good luck. Your service operates as though designed by a student in an introductory IT class who chronically slept late and dropped out before the midterm.

Am really enjoying the offerings on Sundance Now….highly recommend The Split with Nicola Walker, as well as the BBC version of Law and Order….prefer it over the US cast to be honest. Both very well done.
