Streaming Issue
We had a a few days a while back where we could not access the Sundance site. Everything else worked on our TV except this. Not sure what that was all about. Otherwise we are very happy with Sundance and have watched a lot of great series.

Introduction of new films/series/docs is so slow.
I have tried repeatedly to change my credit card information. It's been impossible. Extremely frustrating!

It is impossible to pause
It is impossible to pause and then pick up later from that point. You should also include the ability to turn autoplay off. Why no previews when you fast forward or fast rewind?

I would not subscribe to this again- hugely disappointed
I belong to Prime/Netflix/Hulu/VUDU/Starz-so I have high expectations of what a streaming service should be and you guys come no where close! I subscribed only to watch Discovery of Witches-a favorite book collection of mine and was disappointed in loading, speed and that season 2 wasn't available to watch as the show was airing. On top of that the security breach and the fact that I could not get my money back-if I could give a zero I would
