I read the trilogy of a Discovery if Witches and was curious to see the series. It was extremely well done. Looking to see the future seasons.

Sundance has a few very good shows but there's very little to choose from. Most shows can be obtained from other services so it's really not worth the cost.

Not enough shows to pick from for the price

There are not enough videos for my liking to continue.

Would love to see additional seasons of some shows.

I view mostly on my iPad via WiFi. Streaming is flawless. I subscribed to view Discovery of Witches. Most other films available to view are not preferred. Will remain to watch season 2.

Major lagging issues whenntrying to watch shows no matter the device

It’s a waste of my money. It takes forever to load and then keeps freezing Through out the show. I get frustrated and leave and go back to Netflix, Amazon or crave.

My credentials didn't work for the first few days, the password reset did not send an email, and tech support took a few days to respond. Support then responded multiple times as if I was a new customer each time. Streaming quality was bad including a movie that had a long high pitch whirling noise throughout which gave me a migraine. If you watch part of something the app does not keep track of where you stop so I had to write down where I was in something I was watching. Watching tv shows was unbearable because the episodes I watched were not marked nor was my progress recorded anywhere. So any time I went back to anything I had to guess which episode and then scroll through to find my place often spoiling things for myself from later parts or episodes. The worst part is that all of this content is so interesting and I loved every documentary I watched. It's awful that I would rather watch bad uninteresting things on a different streaming service because the Sundance Now service is terrible.

Great selection of movie/series etc ... Need improvement with streaming ... sometimes the movie audio is spotty.

Thoroughly enjoyed this service and zero issue with watching. Loved the series that I watched.

Good content selection but S/N suffers from frustrating technical glitches, including slow transition or nonexistent transition from one episode to the next, frequent situations where the streaming quits entirely, etc. Netflix and Amazon Prime provide a much superior streaming model and I wish S/N were up to their streaming abilities.

I can stream on my laptop but, for some reason, there all kinds of glitches when trying to stream on my iPad. I car no problems with Netflix or Prime so I believe it’s an issue with Sundance Now app. I did email support and followed the steps they told me to take but it was to no avail.

I love Sundance now. I only miss Hap and Leonard from the lineup.

4 stars are because of the app itself. If I stop watching in the middle of a show, it doesn't hold my place and I have to restart from the beginning and then try to remember where I was. Otherwise I like the content and I like how it tells me which language the show or movie is!
