Subaru Parts Pros is a great company. Have bought several things from them and each one is what they claim. Great quality and fast shipping. I will continue to purchase from them.

Prices were good and easy installation. They work very well so far.

Ordered touch-up paint and paid thru Amazon Pay. Subaru Parts Pro charged credit card $32. 97 and never received paint. Tried multiple times to contact them with no response.

I have still not received my order from you

I contacted you do deal with an issue for one of the purchases in my order. I called during business hours and was sent to your voice mail. I left a voice mail asking to be contacted regarding my issue. That was ~2 weeks ago and I haven't heard from you. I'll try again, but this was not the level of service that I was expecting.

Perfect: fit, looks, practicality, price, ease, speed of delivery - I should have bought these years (decades?) ago.

Three years ago when I purchased a new Subaru, I added the door trim, it was a great decision. So when I traded in my old vehicle for a new Subaru, I knew I was going to be purchasing the door trim again because it was a great decision and it looks great.
