Die Produkte werden in einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert, und ich habe noch nie abgelaufene Artikel erhalten. Es liegt immer eine zusätzliche Probe bei. Leider dauert die Lieferung sehr lange, insbesondere in der Vorweihnachtszeit. Ich warte seit dem 29. November auf meine Bestellung, und heute ist der 7. Januar. Artikel der 1+1-Aktion sind nicht immer vorrätig. Ich musste drei Wochen warten. Und die Artikel, die auf der Produktkarte als „Normalerweise innerhalb von 7–14 Tagen versandfertig“ aufgeführt sind, werden tatsächlich viel später versandt.
