Delivery was very fast looking that many people tells me different opinion of that. But one minus is that I didn’t get any tracking code or any information that my package is in way to my home. I was was very surprised when I picked it up

I have ordered close to 40 orders as of 2022 with Stylevana. So it’s been about 4 years that I have consistently shopped with them. I received all my orders. There was one that was delivered to my neighbour’s house but I was able to get it. I would say that’s a 100% “I recieved my order rate”, and a 97% issue free rate. Customer Service has always been responsive as well. Over the years, I have noticed improvements in their customer service and shipping speed. Emails are more professional and responsive. Previously orders used to take 5-6 weeks to Canada, now only take 2-3 weeks. Keep up the good work Stylevana!
