Worst customer service, no answer, never recieved my order

Realicé un pedido en febrero y ya casi en mayo aún no he recibido y sé nada de él. La demora es vergonzosa, y no dan más explicaciones que retraso por COVID ..por semana santa...y a este paso por las elecciones en Usa... No compensa .

El envío tardo menos de un mes a España. Los productos bien embalados. Repetiré!!

Hizo el pedido el enero. Ya es abril y aún no está recibido. Quiero devolver mi dinero y dicen que no están seguros que pueden cancelar el pedido por el problema con almacén. Ya escribí muchas correos y no me dicen nada, no tengo respuesta. Es una pena! Muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo a nadie!!!!!

I’ve ordered a couple of times from Stylevana and not one and I cant be more happy! All you have to be is patient as it does take a little to get your order. Other than that, its cheaper than other websites and still original products. Stylevana has very good deals, no problems with customs, big variety on skincare and makeup, and good costumer tiers and its respectives rewards. I dont know why you all people complain so much! As an advice, y’all just need to be a liiiittle patient, check the availability of your products and the time it might get to dispatch! I trust stylevana as I dont have a reason not to yet. Thank you!

The worst website to buy, I never received the products and customer service never responds

I made my first purchase on Stylevana on February 25 and I haven't received any updates about my order after more than one month. I sent an email but I don't have any answer yet.

I purchased my order 2 months ago and I never received. I contacted many times to the customer service email support_es@stylevana.com and you never answered. You stole my money !!!!

My friends, please save your energy, time and money. This site does not delivers, does not respond to emails and does nothing but disappoint. I warn you just as I wish I were warned.

We placed an order in July 2022 with number BWSVESA190006271 and we haven't received the packet and have not even had any information about it. After sending them a lot of emails to their support team, we only got automatic responses saying they got the message. It is a FRAUD. If we don't get any solution soon, we'll sue them in the Consumer's Association.

Waiting and waiting for my package to arrive hopefully before Christmas. Is this website trustworthy...?? I don't know... Let's see....

It takes some time to process and ship, so you have to have that in mind when shopping, but everything arrived well packaged and in perfect conditions. It's kind of cofusing how the price varies from day to day without notice, usually only by a couple € , but still. I do have complains about the shipping company that delivers in Spain, they say they have called when its not true, and also that they have been in your place and that you where missing, even though you were there (and they clearly weren't there). Overall, I like Stylevana, but I do wish that they would change the company that ships to Spain

I shop my order on the 2nd of May, still haven't recive anything (its almost October) not even any solution from the site. The package was supposed to be lost. Customer service are simply non-existing. No solution or compesation still. They just sent automatically mails and no empathy at all about the problem. I usually shop asian cosmetics in other websites and never have a problem like this. I just wanted to try this website as the reviews were high, but I can recomend other brands with same price and better responds. Still fighting for my money and so much time lost
