I placed my order on 17th February, and it has now been almost 2 weeks with no updates on my order. At the time of purchase, all the items I selected were marked as "in stock" and were supposed to be "usually shipped within 24 hours. " However, I have yet to receive any shipping confirmation or tracking information. To make matters worse, I have attempted to contact their customer service multiple times since placing my order, but I have not received a single response. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that provides no communication or support to its customers. In my last message to customer service, I requested a refund, but as expected, there has been no reply! This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Stylevana. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner make them an unreliable and untrustworthy company. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere! Never again!
