There was an error on my order. I snapped a couple pictures and emailed customer service explaining the issue. A replacement order was immediately shipped with a two day delivery. My issue was handled promptly and professionally!

Love everything about this brand of chocolate. All my favorite cake poppers rave about them. This was the first time i used them myself & was very satisfied about the quality of the chocolate. The only thing i didn’t appreciate is how much the shipping is. I’m a fairly new cake pop maker & i don’t need tons of chocolate (yet) so the shipping cost almost made it not worth it. I’m sure it’ll be worth it once i get more orders and the need for more chocolate. Otherwise it was an overall good experience & i willlllll be back!
