Was pleased with this delivery, unlike the first one where I paid for cold shipping and got nothing to protect the chocolate at all. But customer service made everything right by shipping me a replacement with the proper cold packaging this time. And I will purchase from them again for that reason, thank you Sarah Boyd

FedEx delayed my shipment two days after it arrived in Tampa on the day of delivery, they held it all of Sunday and most of Monday, which by then I was no longer gonna be at home to receive the delivery. I specifically waited to place my order on days that I knew I would be home so the box would not sit out in Florida heat, but since they held it until Monday, I was no longer home when it was delivered therefore it sat out longer than it should have. paying $20 for shipping when they can’t get it here after it’s already in my home city is absolutely ridiculous because it sat out longer. Several of the bags were partially melted even with the cold delivery added. The box was also split down the side when I got home to get it off the doorstep. seriously would consider changing FedEx as they are consistently a problem.
