Customer service wasnt the best when I emailed about somwthing leaked inside, sent pictured a d was advised it was from yhr ice packs. This is my 2nd time ordering and all 3 icepacks were intact. I sent a response back advising it wasnt the ice. I just wanted to really know about exchanging because I really do like the chocolate, and never got a response back which im actually surprised to be honest and really disappointed.
