I am happy with the product however my product arrived melted even though I paid $13 extra for a cold pack. For that much it should be arriving in perfect condition. Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to switch to the sweet shoppe for all my chocolate needs for my treats but I won’t because of this experience

There was an error made when I ordered my milk chocolate wafers. They sent ultra white by mistake. When I notified them, I was sent my milk chocolate wafers, told to keep the 5 lbs of ultra white and they shipped it 2 day. Awesome experience for me.

When melting, I could not get it the right consistency for dipping. It was always too thick despite heating in small increments and stirring slowly. In some instances, it got so hot from trying to melt it to the right consistency that it either burnt or separated. I did my research and followed all the step. I had to give up and just use my tried and true - half Ghirardelli and half almond bark. For the cost, including replacement chocolate and shipping being more than the product, I was very disappointed.

Love Stover and Co. Just wish I could buy local as the shipping is a little slow and too expensive. Wish they offered more sales, so it would make up for the high shipping costs.

Shipping has always been fairly quick. I usually get mine within 5-6 days even though it says a week so that’s great. Love the quality of this chocolate!

Do better on the shipping in warmer months. maybe use two ice packs when shipping 10 lbs of chocolate, not just one. The bag on the ice pack arrived fine. The other completely melted
