Shipped Jan. 21. now Feb. 11, looked at tracking it has gone from NT, to WA, to Alaska, back to wa. then to Tn. where it has been in transit for 2 days, which is a little over 100 miles from my house!!! Lol. Sent a email to you, no response, lol.

Paid for two day air and its 5 days and still have not received my parts. Customer had another company do the job. So now iam out the money to do the job and the money for the parts. . says it was UPS 2 day but comes up a fedex tracking nimber.

I ordered the Vogelzang SR57E Grate because ours broke. The shipping took about a week but I knew that and that wasn't a problem. They keep you well informed by email, which I appreciated and the part fit !! Will definitely order from Mountain View Hearth again!
