After four great years of use, the firebox cover on my Big Joe warped beyond repair. I first checked the Kamado Joe website but couldn’t find the replacement part, so I searched online and came across Mountain View Hearth Products. They had exactly what I needed. I placed my order, and it arrived promptly—just in time for my next smoked meat session. I’m very pleased with both the product and the service.

Battery door broke on my remote for my gas insert, found lots of new battery boxes from 90 to 120 dollars, but I only need the door! My search led me to Mountain View hearth products and yes there was just the door so quickly ordered it for delivery, as I live in Alberta. I thought I would ask the question if this was compatible with my unit, I asked at 8 pm and was happy to find my answer first thing the next morning. The door arrived today as stated and I am ready for impending fall and winter. I have bookmarked Mountain View and will not hesitate to use them if I have any more issues!
