It took longer than I was expecting, but not as long as it could have considering the chair was built after ordering. Packaged well, easy to assemble, from box to desk in less than 10 minutes.

Delivery required signature which was not communicated ahead of time. When the chair failed to get delivered, it was impossible to track down what happened to it. It just randomly showed up a few days later. Tracking was useless after the first delivery attempt.

Ordering was fine. It took too long to acknowledge and ship. Once received, I was surprised by how flimsy the packaging was. The box was damaged and the chair not very protected inside. Luckily no actual damage to the chair once I opened it.
