I really enjoy my chair, its helped my back and posture. I no longer feel pain. However, I believe I was delivered a misfitting head rest. The mount for the head rest does not fit the mold of the chair. It is impossible to get it to fit. Ive watched Steel Case instruction videos to no avail, I've even had other people try to install also to no avail. Ive watched multiple instruction videos, both from Steelcase and other chair reviewers on youtube. No matter how I try I cannot get the head rest to match and click/snap in like in the videos. Ive called support and they just explained to me what I already know what wouldn't work. They told me to reach out in an email, but instead of helping me I was told to contact the place where I bought it from. Well if your customer rep did any part of their job theyd be able to see the order number is directly from steelcase. I ordered it from your website and was still told to go kick rocks. I had been meaning to reach out again but I have more important things to do than try to find the time to email or call and just be told its someone else's problem. I spent close to $1,000 but for some reason Steelcase prefers to ignore their customers. I'd think that with what you charge for your furniture, it'd be top of the line customer service. I was very mistaken about that. If you have any sort of integrity youd make this right for me.

Shipping was a disaster, I waited on my chair for a month, the installer took forever to contact me and I had to harass customer service to have any answer and find a solution.

My only complaint is that I would have liked to have recieved it sooner.

The chair is nowhere near worth that much. I expected stellar quality and I could have saved thousands just getting a simple office chair from WalMart.

Took 18 days to ship a chair that was allegedly in-stock. Zero concern from managers who couldn’t bother to call-back. I hope I don’t have to deal with warranty issues because the buying experience was not good.

Loved being able to customize the fabric and colors. The preparation and shipping information was accurate.

Before this chair I had a chair that would make my back hurt after 1-2hrs which led me to sitting on my couch or laying in bed when I WFH. Now I can sit at my desk all day with no back pain. Truly worth the investment. I really wish there was more affordable options for others though that don’t have a work stipend like me.
