Loved being able to customize the fabric and colors. The preparation and shipping information was accurate.

Before this chair I had a chair that would make my back hurt after 1-2hrs which led me to sitting on my couch or laying in bed when I WFH. Now I can sit at my desk all day with no back pain. Truly worth the investment. I really wish there was more affordable options for others though that don’t have a work stipend like me.

the first time the chair came, arm rests were bad but the costumer service was fast and very good so they changed the chair for me.

The chair is sooo uncomfortable

Love the chair! Every time I sit in it I am reminded of my distain for the steelcase customer support team. Short version - Missing part (main shock) Get advised is should just send back chair. Email for help, had to follow 3x. Finally get “approved” to get the missing part to assemble my new $1300 chair. Unfortunately, after being granted approval the main support shock was not in stock. The finally shipped to me 2 weeks later. Amazing chair
