Overall, I am very satisfied with the store and the purchasing process, so I am giving a full 5 stars. However, I want to note that the scooter's box arrived completely torn apart and in terrible condition. Thankfully, the scooter itself was perfectly fine and had no scratches, but it was a close call. I'm not sure if this was Segway's packaging issue or FedEx's handling during transit, but for such a premium and heavy product, the outer packaging definitely needs to be reinforced. Thank you for the otherwise smooth transaction!

Love segway brand and my 3 segway scooters

I appreciate this scooter very much. It’s just what I need to get around and commute to work. I was worried about the size of the scooter and having trouble fitting on public transit, but so far it’s been much more maneuverable than expected! I’ve also been really pleasantly surprised at the hill capacity, I’m 200 lbs and it does decent hills like a champ. Very happy with my purchase.
