They literally ship the box the speaker comes in with a label slapped on it. Not shopping box nothing.

Really pleased with my purchase! Came in original packaging so box did have some dings on it. I highly recommend this for anyone interested in getting into scooter riding especially in cities. My only flag is that it is quite heavy so would be better for those who live in buildings with elevators or houses with a low amount of stairs.

I have a 3.5mile commute 4 days a week. I only need to charge it once weekly since I use the medium speed mode. There is only one incline during the trip too. I did add a second headlight because the stock one isn’t bright enough. That’s my only complaint but it’s not a big deal. The tires are great but I’m a little bit on the lighter side.

The worst customer service ever! Complete lack of after-sales support. Was faulty since the first ride. I called them 7 times and always say we will follow up and still waiting, refused to send me a new one or give back my money

Generally good. But no one has been able to explain how to switch the control panel in the steering column to kph, even though the app has been switched to mph for two weeks.
