Segway store sent me rear view mirrors as bonus when my order wouldn't take the 'discount code'. Also, I love this e-Scooter but they move Really Fast. Don’t remove your hand from the handle bar while moving or you could end in the ER like I did with an arm that takes over 2 months to recover… or worse. Still, I’d buy it again and love using it. Just had to take 2 full months off and could have broken my arm. Road rash on both arms, hands, face, and bruising on my entire upper body after reaching up to adjust my helmet. It lasted over a month going ’23’, whatever that speed refers to, when I hit a bump. Still they are Great units

Segway was pretty clear cut except on the warranty aspect. I cpukd not find any additional info about an extended warranty or how to purchase one. The shipping was fast - within 5 days I had it. Overall to rate the Segway store online experience I would say a 3 out of 5.
