I like the bayou map as well as the alchemical lab and can imagine I will use them in a variety of settings and ways. Of course they are not general purpose maps, but well made. Bayou provides some housing I can use in a range of settings other than just marsh or bayou. Alchemical lab could fit in many "workshop" settings. I like maps that have more complicated material that I can't convey easily by drawing on a blank grid, which is true here.

Support team went out of their way to help me redeem, then hold the order due to an address change, but the new label went out to my online name, instead of my legal name. Imagine the surprise to find a package addressed to my online persona sitting on my porch! Delivery went perfectly fine and I got my package no issues, everything as advertised, I'm more of a D&D player but will use the minis and the template after translation.

I have great experience with Paizo so far with two exceptions. - Not being able to buy some products like maps for older quest in physical format because they are no longer being printed - I need some information about Pathfinder Society and regional-venture coordinator for central Europe is not answering emails.

Paizo makes great products. There is a transition now where they are starting to forget that not everyone votes the same way they do, and they are starting to alienate people, but as of yet, they still make great games. Mostly.
