Website was easy to use & compare selection of bidets. My choice was in stock, delivery was quick & easy to track. A very positive experience!

Simple instructions, easy installation, up and running within 25 minutes.
We made our choice and placed the order, our delivery was quick. We followed the visual directions online and I was able to install the seat with little difficulty. I have been very satisfied with the unit of our choice.

I had some questions about shipping and scheduling but these were answered quickly by an agent. Delivery was fast. Dealing directly with Brondell was much better than Amazon. Price and support were great. There is a learning curve on use but is quite easy-to-use.

clean as a whistle
Bidet works as expected; seat is warm, rear and front cleaning is excellent. My only regret is this model has nite light outside and not in the bowl but that is on me!

The product is well made and I especially like the quick release for cleaning. It works well but I wish I had some control over the angel of the spray.

The knob on our bidet broke and I ordered a replacement knob. It worked great. It was easy and seemless. It came quickly. Very satisfied!

Except for the faucet that
Except for the faucet that is a bit misleading about the metering the water but overall, I believe it is a good maybe great product over all with no other issues to date. Easy to change filters and good clear water. Someday I will send it for analysis to verify, but for now I trust your 4-filter system and my prior 3-filters whole house filters and a water softener system to keep me healthy. Thank You for your product and services!
