It would have been nice
It would have been nice to know that we needed a special kit for a skirted toilet. The info about what to order and installation instructions should have been included in the manual. I only realized all this by talking to a plumber! Emmanuel was very helpful in showing us what to order After a few false starts, we now have a functioning bidet.

Needed a bidet and riser seat combo for elderly mom. Tiffany in customer service told me exactly what I needed. Told me how to order it. Included special bolt combo to accommodate seat riser. Combo arrived with everything needed. Very grateful for this accurate info. Cheers to Brondell!

I didn’t have the parts to install the seat but the service found everything I needed. I had help with the installation but I was able to do some of it easily.
