I have owned a an ARB fridge Freezer for 5 years, love it. HOWEVER, temperature display is significant degrees off (higher) than the actual temp inside unit. Actual temp set inside @ -12C, read out displays + 24C. NOTE freezer still works NO issues that way. HOWEVER, try and get a location to service this ARB and even AI will get frustrated, Honestly, in a city of 6 million people (Toronto) no one services this unit? Pitiful Jed Just Pitiful Granny would say. HIGHLY recommend this product UNIT THE 3 YER WARRANTY EXPIRES?

ARB makes great products. I’ve been using the awning with tent room for several years now and it has been very reliable. I had an instance where one of my poles got bent and customer support honored my warranty and got me a replacement very quickly. I highly recommend ARB.

I decided to purchase the MT64 lift kit for my 2024 Tacoma. After install, one of the top hats on the front strut was found to be defective. I got in touch with ARB and explained the situation. They had a new strut shipped out asap. Wanted the old strut shipped back to them. Unfortunately though they would not cover the install charge of the new strut. I believe that they should have covered that expense. The strut was defective from factory. That’s why 4 stars.

I have been waiting on a warranty replacement for over 4 months. They have not communicated at all or given any updates outside of we can’t give you any eta on shipping. I will never do business with ARB ever again.

Very happy with ARB parts. Only thing they couldd do to improve my experience would be to assemble the struts for the lazy mechanics at the tire shops.
