Need to let everyone who purchases this bumper know that the factory sway bar disconnect skid plate/shield cannot be used when installing this bumper on 2025 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon's. .

ARB Rock Sliders Review The sliders look great, but the manufacturing tolerances and quality control have definitely declined. On two separate sets, the mounting holes for the rocker guards were so misaligned that I had to drill and grind the parts just to get them to fit properly against the rail. Additionally, some welds on the ends of the sliders were incomplete — something that should have been caught long before leaving the factory. I reached out to ARB’s customer service team, and they did make things right, which I appreciate. However, the lack of quality control is concerning. I’ve been a loyal ARB customer for years because of the outstanding quality the brand used to represent, but these recent issues make me hesitate to install more ARB or OME products on my Jeep.

Extremely slow response time. Several days in between responses. Tried calling customer service and they advised me to just email them. I’ve been waiting months for the parts I need to keep my RTT closed and usable. The tent is still under warranty but I can’t get parts that have failed. Strongly considering switching brands.

Parts not available for months. They knew I could use oem Toyota ball joints but took over a week to tell me from the first phone conversation. I had already spent $600 on new UCAs since ball joints wouldn't be shipped for 2 months.

Repaired my compressor! Great job!! Have a digital air pressure gauge/deflator, and the chuck is too large to use on my truck tires. Was not able to switch the chuck to a smaller one. Too bad GREAT GAUGE but doesn't work so I have a $70 brick.

Rather than try to help me, I felt as though tech-support were trying to get rid of me. They told me repeatedly, there was not one of your lockers that I was inquiring about.

Shipping was fast, I only live about 30 mins away apparently from their shipping center in my state. The first awning I received was either used or damaged and ARB was awesome and immediately worked with me to replace it, I couldn't ask for better customer service. I've used the product now I think 3 times and its been solid, no issues. There are some small blemishes on the awning material, but it doesn't seem to leak, so it must not be detrimental to the material or waterproof treatment.

Works perfectly. The brushless portable twin runs faster and stronger than the original. It’s fills tires quicker and runs air tools better.
