I was offered a 10% discount but it was not emailed to me for a few days and after I ordered. When I asked if it could be applied after the order I was denied. Package arrived days later than tracking indicated and then 6 hours before stated time on day of arrival. Tracking needs to be improved. Great product despite these difficulties.

The bed was delivered in a badly battered box- fairly certain this is not how it left the warehouse. The box was torn, punctured, crushed on the edges. We were worried the mattress was damaged. It was not- It was packed to survive the abuse of Fedex.
