Price was good, arrived on time, well-packaged. Good job, Milk Street!

I would like to order again, but I am not sure your shipping department is up to the task.

No issues, item description matches the item I’m very happy with it

This order was the first one I've ever had an issue with. I received an incorrect product, so I contacted customer service immediately. They were gracious, professional, and got the right item shipped out very quickly. I'm always happy to recommend Milk Street for quality products and world-class service.

The store is easy to buy from.

Arrived quickly

I have bought a few few products in there are so many in my wish list

All good as usual.

Described accurately

Orders come too slow or not at all

Shipping was quick!

Excellent service and product.

Great service. . . delivery very quick too. Always quality products

My product arrives in a timely matter and well insulated from breakage.

Your packaging now is so protective of the products. Thank you.

Thanks for the product suggestions

Really happy with this purchase.

I like that Milk Street shipped me a discount offer and I purchased a large Nakiri for each of my 4 daughters. One told me it was the best knife she ever had. Another said that was my best gift ever. Expect to hear from the other 2 shortly as it has only been a week since I girted them.

Great selections. Mediocre lead times.

Always easy to order with Milk Street, but will take the descriptions for knife sharpeners with just a little bit of salt. Other items have been as good as or better than described.
