My first pepper grinder arrived with a large crack from top to bottom. Milk Street Store worked with the manufacturer to get me a replacement and kept me updated on the progress the entire time.

Too long to wait to complete getting order

The site is a little hard to get to sometimes, especially from the test kitchen website. But all the products are superior, and it gives me confidence to be cooking in a an efficient and safe way.
