Purchased this back in October 2025, was excited to use the wok however after using just one time to cook dinner chicken stir fry. I let the pan cool down before washing by hand using Dawn liquid soap and soft sponge, I then rinsed the wok and the picture shows the outcome of the discoloration. I'm so disappointed with the lack of quality of this wok.

Great quality, well made, lifetime products. Pricing is fair, considering. Shipping prices, while almost certainly competitive become a consideration when buying substantial pieces. Marketing volume is a bit high.

Tried to return it, but no dice. I had opened it to see how it handled. The answer was badly, but you said no. So that's it for me. I will buy what I can see in person.
