Bought this as a gift for my GF because she refuses to use the correct knife for anything and this solves some of that. The knife seems to be well-made and is nicely balanced. It arrived very sharp as you would expect and isn't too intimidating for her. She can now chop without her knuckles hitting the board first!

I've made several purchases and the have helped my culinary techniques. I like the unique offerings but wish they were not so pricey. Even so, I'll still shop there.
