I was kicking myself because I ordered labels but was unhappy with the artwork and should have spent more time on it. After thinking on it all night I emailed support in the morning asking if I could cancel and resubmit my work. They were super responsive and helpful! Luckily I emailed them fast enough and they canceled my order first thing and I was able to submit my new work. They wished I was having a fantastic week and seemed very friendly. I even emailed back thanking them and they responded again saying my new order came through, and thanked me. As someone who just started a new business that is the kind of service I hope to bring to my customers as well. Shout out Lisa!

The stickers came exactly how I designed them with no surprises. The hardhat stickers are of good, durable quality. Further field testing is needed for abrasion and sun fade durability. Additionally, printing and delivery time was very fast. My company will be a return customer.

I had labels made for my son's Maple Syrup operation in February and March of this year. In the past, I've printed the labels myself, but the ink always ran and the adhesive was difficult to position. I was apprehensive sending my artwork out, so I sent an inquiry email initially. Ciara was my customer rep and worked with me every step of the way. She explained everything clearly and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. Even when there was an issue when I was checking the proof, she responded so quickly and had another proof within an hour! I can't say enough about the customer service. When I received the labels I was truly impressed. They look professional, the adhesive is high quality and applying them was easy. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I use to order coasters from StickerMule. The prices were intense, but I'd only order when they ran a discount. . still expensive. I recently found Stomp and ordered 500 pulpboard coasters for a big event. I was astonished by how much lower the cost was, which then would make you think "they've gotta be pretty bad quality or something". I got an email from Ciara letting me know that the image resolution was impacting the text on some of the graphic for the coaster that would render it unreadable. What care!
