I recently purchased a vest (great quality!) which was to be a Christmas present. We live in an area with no home USPS delivery, and there was a confusion on the address to be used. When I called, Stio, quickly resolved the issue and the vest was on my doorstep with time to spare! So pleased with vest and the superb service!

The process was quick and easy. I purchased a vest for my son for Christmas. Fit was perfect, true to size.

I placed an order and after 2 weeks it still said "Waiting to receive package at USPS". I chatted with Customer experience and a new order was sent 2-day FedEx-awesome. But they never cancelled the original order so I had to return it at the store. They never cancelled the USPS order.
