First off, I love the gear so this is not about that. I have had a difficult time with my returns and getting the propre exchanges. I had a few back and forths with a few of your service reps (nice people), but the information that I was getting as not accurate. For instance, I put two orders in the same box to ship back as returns (1 exchange and 3 returns). I was told by your rep David that everything in the box (4 items) would be returns and to order another pair of pants in the right size because the exchange would not be happening for me. He was kind enough to extend the $90 credit to offset the change in pricing from when I ordered to the current price of the environ pants when I was doing my exchange. So, I re odered the environ pants in size Large, and have been waiting to receive them. Today, I receive an email from Stio saying that my exchange was being processed and will be receiving the size Larges. So now, I have 2 of the same pants in size large coming my way. Now this is not a massive deal, but when you take into account that the gear is expensive and factor in the other3 pants, we are close to $1,500 I'm waiting to get refunded to my credit card. That's a lot of cheddar. Please help me get this right. I love the gear, but I just want it to be right.

I have bought 3 Stio products this Christmas. All 3 have been outstanding. In addition, I called their customer support and spoke to David (NOT SOME outsourced, off shore "resource" but a thoughtful, intelligent, responsive customer SERVICE and David is everything a company could/should have in a customer facing representative of their brand. LOVE THIS COMPANY and LOVE THEIR PRODUCT. Well designed, well made, consistent, reliable, and ascetically pleasing. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep up the good work, great products and GREAT support!

Stio jacket cost over 300. First week it started to leak feathers. Just gotten worse since then. I did complain and the company told me this was how it was supposed to be.
I’ll let you know when you receive merchandise and credit my account. My wife just received an item from you and she loves it.

I made a quick call to find out about my return that I had made. I wish returns were shown on my account. But the person that called me back and answered my questions was friendly and extremely helpful.
