Growing up in MT my whole life you want/need a good quality coat. I cannot believe how comfortable, lightweight and warm this jacket is! Bought a second Hometown Down Hooded Jacket. Why? It fits like a jacket should. It doesn’t fit like a layered part of a winter jacket. Not a slim fit, but average. Sleeves are not too long. Length goes half way down your rear. Seamless transition to a hood that fits without extra play most jackets have. Warmth to weight ratio that is unmatched. I’m 64 and have never been happier with a coat purchase in my life. This is a great everyday jacket for all but the coldest days. Worth every penny.

I ordered some gloves for my son for christmas and unfortunately received the incorrect pair. I called, and 5 minutes later the situation was rectified. I got the correct pair expedited in time for the holiday and sent the others back easily. Best of all, my call was answered quickly by a real person and no holds or getting transferred around! Like the way things used to be:) so appreciate the ease of this; it will make me continue supporting this company in the future! (Also I used to live in Jackson so have a soft spot for companies there) :)

Buying products over the internet is one of my least favorite things. I shop with my sense of touch despite what my eyes tell me. I consistently find this a non-issue with Stio quality products. This enables me to "trust" their fabics and construction as I'm a snob in both of those areas. I have shells, bibs, mid-layers and now socks in my daily rotation to confirm the quality and construction of my purchases.
