very good

Website very user friendly, easy to place order. Prompt shipping and packaged well.

Customer service was great! Very helpful!

Stetson customer service is best of the best. Quick shipping, and careful packaging to avoid any shipping damages. Easy website to navigate. Great job Stetson. Looking forward to more purchases.

Return/Exchange process was straightforward. They provided free Return, which required a Bluetooth-enabled printer for the Label. Spend the money, cowboy, it's the 21st century...

Besides the restocking fee, they did well in getting my replacement to me on time.
