I feel good about the purchase, ended up having to return it because it was too large, and unfortunately Stetson did not carry the size I needed. That said, still a great experience with the company, suggestive of all of the heritage quality the brand is known for.

The hat did not quite fit when it first arrived, but Stetson was amazing - as soon as we started the process for shipping it back, Stetson mailed us a new one after my husband realized he had mis-measured his size- without us having to wait til Stetson had received the first one. Awesome hat

The product is beautiful and well-made, and the quality is excellent. My only disappointment was the packaging. I expected something more elegant and attractive, but it arrived in a plain, ordinary box.
