Okay or less; willing to update. * Not Sure how to write this review because I do not see our transaction finished. I have corresponded twice previously regarding my positive feelings about the construction of your butterfly chair ‘slings;’ but also about how this sling did not fit my frame due to the lower-post spread whose dimension is not provided in any way on your website nor in the ordering protocol. Best I can assess, this sling is produced to for a frame that you represent and sell but not ALL others nor any particular frame type or manufacturer. So my lower two cup pockets are two or three inches shy of installing. I made inquiry as to a ‘custom’ (made to my frame’s dimensioning per how you do the measurement). IE, farthest extent of post or center2center of those curved steel hoops. Anyway, I have a beautiful red sling that I utterly cannot use and remain here with a *request/offer: my return of (1) sling for credit against a new purchase of (2) slings made the same way (nice!) but that will fit. I would really appreciate getting a response from Steele on this. Then I will be glade to submit an update to this write. Thanks from VA.

I ordered an additional two elevated laundry carts but accidentally ordered the permanent style. They were still being processed so I called in prepared to change the order so they would match my first order for a removable canvas style cart. Your rep was so knowledgeable she explained that since I’d ordered the liners the canvas shouldn’t get dirty and IF I needed to replace them they could be removed with some”elbow grease” and replaced with just the canvas replacement. So I kept the order since the permanent ones are so good looking. It’s great that you have customer service people who can help customers think through any issues they might have.
