Shipping and delivery can be better. Status updates on the website are not clear, as there is no proper communication with the delivery partners. The only way now is to receive a mail communication from the delivery partner, which is not ideal.

Zoals in de andere reviews al beschreven staat; levertijden die op de website vermeld staan kloppen totaal niet. Bij navraag wanneer de stoel geleverd zal worden krijg je de mededeling dat deze door een andere partij geleverd worden en er geen track en trace o. i. d beschikbaar is. Dus mocht je nog twijfelen; bestel lekker je bureaustoel ergens anders waar ze wel goede service hebben.

A very good chair (Steelcase Gesture). Keep in mind, when you first get it the chair might sit weird or not comfortable. But that fades within a week. Your body needs to adjust to the new sitting posture which is better for your body. Only down side is, when it is really warm and humid the chair might feel a tad to warm on the skin. But even that can be fixed with some AC or just a relaxing sit in the garden. All in all a very good chair and very good customer service.

Great chair, easy to assemble. Worth the wait. Not a lot of communication after order was placed, however as stated, after 2-3 weeks I was informed that the delivery will take place and I should select a time that will work for me.

Steelcase has delivered perfect customer service! I ordered my Leap chair and because my body was not yet adjusted to the Leap chair within the 14 days of cancellation/return right, I started the return process. After the return request was submitted, I had to wait for the Leap chair to be picked up. In the meantime, I ordered a new Steelcase chair; the Gesture. However, during the waiting time, my body adjusted to the Leap chair and I asked them If I could please cancel my return request and also please cancel my newly placed order for the Gesture chair. As it turned out my body needed additional time to adjust to the Leap chair. I now absolutely love the Leap chair which is very comfortable for working 40+ hours a week from home and also for gaming in my spare time. Steelcase canceled my return request and reimbursed the amount for the Gesture chair. Their customer service is very friendly and response and will sent you most of the time an answer on the same day or latest on the next day. Thank you for this great customer experience and also for making such a great Leap chair!

Great products, I bought a stand desk and a office chair - gesture, I love it! Both are pretty and comfortable. The only minor star I gave was for the time to deliver, it takes a lot, but it worth :)

Contacted the support team about the Amia chair not being included in the sale at that time. They informed me of an upcoming sale later in the month which I greatly appreciated. Ordered it with a discount and the chair was delivered in 7 days. So far the chair sits great, much more comfortable than the HM Mirra 2. Very happy with my purchase.

I understand good things take time. But three weeks is a long period without any status updates about the progress. Although the delivery time is long, with minimal updates on progress. I have to say that I absolutely love the chair! It’s made very well and sits very very good.

Uiteindelijk heb 6 weken op mijn stoel moeten wachten tot werd geleverd. Telefonisch is Steelcase niet bereikbaar. Via Google kwam ik achter een nummer waar een vriendelijke receptioniste mij te woord stond maar mij helaas ook niet verder kon helpen. Via email werd er, twee weken na mijn vraag wanneer de stoel geleverd zou worden, gereageerd dat dit nog twee weken ging duren. Uiteindelijk werden dat er vier. Steelcase heeft blijkbaar geen voorraad. De bestelling wordt dus nieuw gefabriceerd in Frankrijk. Daarvandaan wordt het naar Duitsland verstuurd om vervolgens dan weer op transport naar Nederland gezet te worden waar het dan weer door een locale transporteur wordt overgenomen. Overigens is Steelcase wel snel met geld innen want de betaling wordt direct bij bestelling afgeschreven. Ter compensatie voor de lange levertijd kreeg ik 5%. Korting. Deze zou enkele weken geleden zijn overgemaakt. Maar helaas heb ik tot op heden nog niets ontvangen. Waarschijnlijk gaat dit ook in totaal zes weken duren. . . . Mijn stoel bevalt prima. Ik heb uiteindelijk voor deze stoel gekozen door diverse reviews op YouTube te bekijken. Want proefzitten lukt niet. Er zijn geen leveranciers die Steelcase stoelen hebben staan. Sterker nog, alle Steelcase dealers in Nederland zijn projectinrichters die niets met consumenten doen. Kortom mijn ervaring met Steelcase is net als die van vele anderen ervaringen. Slechte communicatie, lange levertijd en geen mogelijkheid voor proefzitten. Hopelijk krijg ik geen technische problemen met de stoel want dan vrees ik het ergste voor de service. . . .

Very nice Leap chair, well packaged and delivered

Grate chairs. . . . . Worth the wait. . . . But terrible delivery experience. . . . At first I was looking on the website to check out how long it would take to deliver, I found something somewhere saying it should be delivered within 5 days. . . 2 weeks later my chair was delivered to the delivery company in Germany, 3 weeks after that they contacted me to choose a delivery date. A week after that, the most amazing chair in the world, got in my possession and it could start feeling the warmth of my but :) Working has never felt better.

erg slechte service, niet bereikbaar telefonisch, geen antwoorden op mijn emails, slechte online account, weinig info over bestelling en erg summier informatie, slecht, slecht!

Goed product , alleen de lever tijd was erg lang! Afspraken zijn netjes nagekomen over de levering.

Goede communicatie rond levering. Perfecte stoel en nog mooi ook. Enige nadeel is dat je op geen enkele andere bureaustoel meer wilt zitten
