They correct issues quickly

Everything is going as expected!

So so... I'm fearful of two things so far 1) an attempt to style me based on the location that I live (not sure if that's a 'thing' but it's starting to feel like it- I want to dress non-local and was the point of getting the service from an LA company) and 2) the quality of the products. I was sent a jogger suit and the threads are literally falling apart from top to bottom; there was a hole already in the pocket of the hooded sweatshirt and again, it's falling apart even before a single wear. Also has sent the same shoes, just slightly different color for two shipments so far

The customer service is not very good.

I understand they are understaffed. But still very responsive and professional.

Shipping was quick but haven't actually corresponded with anyone yet

Took too long for the clothes to arrive

I think my experience could have been great Penn State Leah just did my size correctly and substituted sweaters for shirts. I made it playing that I live in Houston Texas where it’s always hot.

I believe I be so excited about receiving my package that it seems like it takes forever to come. 🤷🏽‍:male_sign:

The fact that you had me submit a photo so that you could find clothing that would coordinate with my hair, eye color and skin tone — was a nice touch.
