Experience was just ok. My profile indicated Large for shirts and they sent mediums in my first order. Tried them on and too small. Return process proved difficult. You have to fill out an online form, describe what you are sending back and upload photos. Had Stitchfix before and returns were so easy with that company. After I sent the clothes back it took weeks to get the new ones from the exchange. A couple items I was not a fan of, but didn't want to go thru the pain of exchanging and waiting again. In their defense and to their own admission, they are a new company and experiencing growing pains. Ultimately I cancelled my membership. Just too difficult with everything and slow slow shipping. Thanks.

The tracking code with the delivery carrier indicated the package was delivered at a certain time on a certain day. However, I wasn’t delivered till the next day. Actually, it was no big deal. I do love my first delivery. Looking forward to my next delivery!!!
