I reached out several times, questions about my order details, requesting promotions be applied, and each time a response was made quickly and my needs were met. I was very happy with every aspect of my statleymen experience!

Packaging was great. Loved the presentation. There was variety in my my first box. Which I liked. I love the fact i can update my stylist on preferences or switch my frequency on deliver. Service is just convenient for me at the moment.

Took two weeks for anyone to email me back. All my emails went to a spam folder, I guess. Friendly staff when I was contacted.
