I love my new winder and swift! They were really quick and easy to set up and worked very smoothly. I wound my first skein in about 4 minutes. It would have easily taken me 20 minutes to wind it by hand. If I knew then what I know now, I would have ordered this winder and swift years ago!

I bought a dowel missing from my swift. Very hard to find just a towel. This one from Stanwood was a little large for the hole in the lift, But rubbing a little soap around the circumference, helped to tighten and loosen it. Works perfectly. I may order the product that measures yardage.
