Website was informative (a few more pics would help). My order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. Delivery about 8 business days (USPS). These are excellent yard spinners, but excellence is a bit pricey.

I love this combination of swift and winder. I'm happy to not have my yarn hanging off a chair while I wind by hand. The product arrived quickly and everything worked well. I've only used it on a few hanks so far, but look forward to using it many more times.

I asked customer service a question about whether the smaller yarn winder could handle up to 7oz. They were very friendly and helpful and got back to me quickly. Fast shipping and the product works! No complaints. I will be back to order the larger winder in the future!

The large metal yarn ball winder far surpasses my expectations! I am absolutely thrilled by the quality of construction and ease of use. It works smoothly and creates very uniform yarn balls. We were very pleased with both the product and the way our order was handled. First, your website is easy to negotiate, and the infomation on the product was really informative. Order placement was easy. The product itself was better than we could have hoped for. I was an engineer, and I found that the quality of the hardware was absolutely first rate. The packaging was excellent. In the product description, it was mentioned that two people would be needed to assemble the item. That was correct, and we were prepared. Stanwood Imports is now on my favorites list, and we will be going there for other items.

I absolutely love this yarn winder. First time using one but it has been a time saver with all my partially used yarn balls that get twisted and knotted. I have used this with super bulky (size 6) yarn and it’s great. This makes it into a nice organized cake and then I put it on a spinner and it makes things so much smoother. Wish I would’ve found this years ago.
